Energy and resource from organic waste, and leachate treatment systems
Hitachi Zosen proposes a new environmentally-friendly water treatment system that aims to build a recycling-oriented society in which there is no waste of previous natural resource.
Sludge regeneration treatment system
Hitachi Zosen aims to build a recycling-oriented society by hygienically treating organic waste (human excrement, etc.) and utilizing it as a resource.
We provide resource treatment and recycling systems by fully utilizing the engineering technology that we have cultivated over many years.
This system supports a recycling-oriented society that uses organic waste contained in human excrement as energy and resources.
The system responds to various needs such as making sludge into a combustion improver, reducing sludge, and recovering phosphorus from wastewater.
- Make into a combustion improver/reduce sludge
- Combustion improver system "Super Flake®"
- Sludge reduction technology "DN Assist®"
- Phosphorus recovery system
- HAP® System
- MAP System (PHOSNIX®)
Landfill leachate treatment system
This system treats leachate discharged from the final disposal site (garbage landfill) of waste.
The system removes organic substances and nitrogen from the treated water, and reduces chromaticity and turbidity. It also removes trace organic substances such as heavy metals and purifies them to satisfy the discharge standard values.
Leachate treatment requires comprehensive water treatment technology. Hitachi Zosen meets a wide range of needs for landfill leachate treatment by combining reliable treatment technologies based on our extensive experience.
- Calcium remover
- Dioxin decomposition treatment (accelerated oxidation treatment technology)
- Desalination technology
