[Abstract]

The Rolls-Royce gas turbine control system was replaced with our original control device HITZHICOT. This improved turbine reliability and shortened time for maintenance work. It was carefully tested in our works before installation, and it led to high reliability. Moreover, upon the replacement of the fuel gas compressor control system, the control system that had been installed individually, was integrated into turbine-boiler control and we revised the control program. By this modification, the system was simplified and the accuracy was improved. In addition to reporting these results, we will note some issues which we are considering for further improvement.
